My background

Hi, I am Cheryl, a ginger Yogi, momma, teacher, and spreader of love,  hope and health. In addition to being a mom, I teach childbirth classes at hospitals and privately in homes, serve families in person, and virtually as a birth doula, and birth consultant, as well as teaching prenatal, baby, and “regular” yoga.  I have recently layered in the pristine health and beauty products of the amazing company, “It Works” to add value to my customers. Education

• Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle.
• Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE)
• Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) 200 Hour training certified through Yoga Allianc
• DONA certified birth Doula

Random facts about me

I am a child at heart.  I love to laugh and have fun. Other things that make me the happiest are appreciating and creating art, planting flowers, hanging out with my family and friends,
