One of my great joys is gathering groups of women (and many times children) to play.  This can be about movement, relaxation, or crafting with essential oils. I primarily schedule in the North Dallas area and offer a wide array of workshops including:

• Little Tiny Yoga (for mommas with their babies, toddlers and small children)
• Bath and Beauty Party – where we make a variety of luxury bath products
• Girl’s Nights with Deep Relaxation Yoga –  featuring oils and Yoga Nidra (better than wine, I promise)

I can structure the workshop in your home to fit your needs.  There is a flat fee for teaching the workshop that is based on distance and time. I will give you a supply list to purchase beforehand (if needed), but I bring the essential oils.
